However, the pool was closed during my stay, which was disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to a swim. The parking felt a bit cramped, with limited handicap spots available, causing some hassle. Staff interactions were friendly, and I appreciated how they addressed my concerns. Just a couple of issues, but overall it was a pretty good stay.

It was just an ideal choice for a fleeting moment in Utica with great value for money. The dirty coffee machine was unexpected, but at least we got hot water from the lobby. Make sure to double-check any charges. they can take time to resolve.

Enjoyed my recent 2-night stay in a spacious room, but noise from the hallway disrupted my sleep. The breakfast variety could use enhancement. fewer options made it challenging to find something satisfying. However, the staff's friendliness made up for it!

Families will love this place

I gotta say the staff really made our stay memorable especially the cleaning lady she was just so cheerful and helpful always giving a smile and asking if we needed anything and the room was just spot on clean like I could actually sit on the floor with my kid without worrying about germs

The King Room was pretty clean and cozy, which was nice. Plus, the beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. But, I wasn’t thrilled about the lack of amenities like breakfast. Just kind of felt empty. It’s good to have computers for the kids, though! Probably wouldn’t stay for more than a night.

Had an awesome time with friends at the hotel! We checked out the Macomb Music Theatre and dined at a local spot, both just a short drive away. The staff was friendly and the room was clean with a smart TV for our Netflix cravings. Breakfast was available until 10 AM, which was convenient. Overall, a great place to stay for our group!

The only downside was the parking situation. It felt a bit cramped, and there weren't enough handicap spots available, which caused a bit of hassle during our stay.

In my wife's opinion, the pool hours should be extended for families who want to enjoy late-night swimming.
